DESCRIPTION:VIA Community Development Corporation is excited to announce the 12th Annual Phobruary. February has become a month of celebration and appreciation for locally owned businesses. VIA invites the community to enjoy a signature Vietnamese dish, Pho.\nWhat is pho? Is a soup native to Vietnam, common in Laos and Thailand, which delivers a complex combination of flavors that dance on the tongue’s taste buds. It combines noodles with a choice of thinly-sliced beef, chicken, vegetables or shrimp, and also offers a multitude of garnishes and fresh herbs to tailor the soup to individual preferences. These typically include thai basil, sprouts, cilantro, limes, jalapeños, sauces, peppers, and other items. This delicious combination of flavors will satisfy your hunger by the time you get to the bottom of the bowl.\nPhobruary has been a beloved tradition in Silver City for the past 11 years, celebrating community and culinary diversity. This year marks the 12th annual Phobruary, featuring three incredible international restaurants: Vientiane Noodle Shop, Thai-Barbq Restaurant, and a new addition to the lineup, PK Palace.  \nThese restaurants will be offering specials throughout the month of February.\n\n\n\nENTER OUR PHOBRUARY GIVEAWAYS\n\nWin a $25 Gift Card!\nEvery location will have a QR code at your table. To enter the giveaway scan the QR code and submit your contact information. Winners will be randomly selected from all three restaurants (6 winners total). Winners will win a $25 gift card to one of the participating restaurants. \nWin a Money Tree!\nIn celebration of VIA’s 30th anniversary, we will be giving away 6 money trees from Feng Shui Haus Gift Shop located at 3423 W National Ave Milwaukee WI 53215. To participate, use one of our stamp cards, order the Pho bowl special at each of the participating restaurants, get a stamp when you pay and submit your fully stamped card at one of the drop boxes conveniently located at each Phobruary location.\nWinners will be contacted at the end of Phobruary and will be announced on our social media platforms. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated.
